Se formaron grupos de trabajo de seis personas, todas desconocidas entre s\u00ed. Cada persona de cada grupo se present\u00f3 ante sus colegas y se defini\u00f3 como si fuera una aplicaci\u00f3n digital.<\/p>\n<p>Presentados todos, lleg\u00f3 el momento de trabajar. Fue en ese momento cuando se dieron cuenta de que la era de la tecnolog\u00eda digital estaba ya encima de nosotros y de que las organizaciones ten\u00edan que evolucionar en consecuencia si quer\u00edan sobrevivir. Tuvieron la oportunidad de crear una instituci\u00f3n de educaci\u00f3n profesional basada en la flexibilidad para anticipar y hacer frente al cambio. Ese ser\u00eda un lugar que inspirara la creatividad y la innovaci\u00f3n, desafiando a los participantes a practicar el aprendizaje experiencial: cuestionar, reflexionar y explorar distintos enfoques para resolver desaf\u00edos. Las primeras instalaciones de la escuela se abrieron en 1996 en una antigua prisi\u00f3n militar en una isla en Karlskrona, en el sureste de Suecia. As\u00ed naci\u00f3 Hyper Island: \u201cHyper\u201d era un t\u00e9rmino de codificaci\u00f3n popular. A 18 a\u00f1os de su nacimiento, Hyper Island cuenta con instalaciones en Estocolmo, Nueva York, Manchester y Singapur, adem\u00e1s de la original de Karlskrona. Y ofrece programas como: Digital Media Creative, Interactive Art Director, Digital Data Strategist, Motion Creative, Mobile Creative y MA Digital Media Management. Algunos son cursos intensivos; otros, a medio tiempo; y otros son programas a tiempo completo.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<br \/>\n<strong>M\u00c9TODO HYPER ISLAND<\/strong><br \/>\nEl <em>m\u00e9todo Hyper Island<\/em> consiste en un conjunto de herramientas que se centran en el porqu\u00e9, m\u00e1s que en el c\u00f3mo o en el qu\u00e9; y a trav\u00e9s de un equipo de colaboraci\u00f3n, en vez de ser un esfuerzo individual, se desaf\u00eda a los participantes a crecer personal y profesionalmente.
